Executive rooms are very spacious and tastefully furnished. They include a desk, modem point, mini bar, TV with movies, tea/coffee makers, and hair dryer. These rooms feature the additional elegance of a marble tiled entrance and bathroom. Executive level comforts include rich furnishings and décor with rooms located on floors 4-6 of the hotel. Good quality bathrooms with nice amenities. As part of the changeover from Sheraton to Langham many rooms have been upgraded.

Restaurant

SBF Brasserie & Oyster Bar, located on the Lobby level, offers buffet and a la carte. Partington Grill is an award winning restaurant and considered one of the best restaurants in Auckland, located off the Lobby. Some Place Else is a lively bar, providing a casual menu adjacent to the hotel.

Refurbished rooms and public areas. Very close to the centre (walking distance), it is in a quiet location, near a large park. The hotel tends to have a lot of corporate guests so can be a bit more formal in comparison to other hotels of the same quality in the city.The hotel operates a complimentary shuttle to the city centre, theatres and waterfront.
