Location

The Rendezvous (formerly The Carlton) is situated a five minute walk from the main central shopping district of Queen Street, with its restaurants and bars, and a fifteen minute walk to the famous harbour.

Rooms

The Executive suites are large and well appointed, approximately 72 square metres. They feature a lounge area and large marble bathrooms with two handbasins and a seperate shower unit and bathtub all of a high standard. Floor to ceiling windows and facilities such as complimentary tea and coffee, iron and ironing board, broad band connections and desk area. Cable tv channels and pay per view movies.

Restaurant

There are two restaurants, including a well respected Japanese restaurant and one serving international cuisine. There is also a lobby bar on the ground floor and a cocktail bar on the mezzanine floor

This building is a tower featuring extensive use of glass.

The lobby is very large with plenty of seating and a comfortable lounge bar area on the mezzanine level. A large atrium, emphasising the use of natural light.

General
