There are restaurants, bars, public houses and shops nearby. The property is located just a short bus or subway ride away from all major tourist attractions.

Rooms

Building homes for the Guildhall School of Music & Drama, one of the world's premier music and drama conservatories. All rooms are single rooms studies that have been thoroughly cleaned before letting in the summer. The rooms are small on average and function areas, hand washing, desk and wardrobe. WARNING: bathrooms, showers, toilets, and KITCHENS are divided on the relationship between 3 to 5 persons and are located on each corridor. Each suite shares a kitchen / dining facility is equipped with cooker, fridge / freezer and microwave oven.

Exterior

The building is part of a historical "Brewery", founded by Samuel Whitbread in 1750. It's time once again brick building with a quiet garden in accordance with the surrounding buildings.

Lobby

The reception area is small and functional. All guests have to report to reception on arrival to check-in and collect the keys. Access to the apartments and bedrooms can be either through the reception area or directly via the nice courtyard. Note that the courtyard gates are closed every day at 8:00 p.m. for security reasons.
