Located at the foothills of the Rainforest covered hillside, 6km from Cairns City Centre and surrounded by lush, tropical gardens. Next door is a shopping centre with a typical Aussie Pub, as well as a Fitness Centre. A shuttle is available to Cairns City and the Airport.

Large rooms, featuring both ceiling fans, airconditioning and a balcony, as well as all other modern facilities in a room. These rooms overlook the resort pool area.

Restaurant

There is a cafe in the hotel that is open for breakfast only. The resort also offers guests a complimentary transfer (5min drive) and 20% off their food bill when they dine (lunch or dinner) at the Cairns Colonial Club Resort (sister property). The Cairns Colonial Club Resort's Homestead Restaurant and Bar is open nightly and offers a choice of a buffet with soup, salad and dessert, with an optional a la carte main course at an additional charge.
