The hotel is an excellent location across the road from the waterfront harbour area of the city.

Rooms are medium in size and in a good condition with new carpets, bedspreads and artwork. In addition all windows have now been soundproofed and broadband access points installed. A full range of facilities in rooms including mini bar, TV with cable channels, iron and ironing board, and hair dryer. These rooms are guaranteed to be on 10th floor and above. They have wide un-obstructed views over the Auckland harbour.

Restaurant

The restaurant is on the first floor, Brasserie style, serves local and international dishes. There is a Bar adjacent to the restaurant.

General

One of the best located hotels in Auckland. Restaurants, bars, and shopping are all on the doorstep of the hotel. Water based activities, such as sailing, harbour cruises, dolphin cruises and ferries to the outer islands are across the road. The hotel has benefited from a partial refurbishment including carpets and bedspreads throughout. The windows have now all been soundproofed resulting in 80per cent noise reduction. Excellent value for all travellers. These upper floor rooms give one of the best water views in the whole city. SE12008
