The Rendezvous (formerly The Carlton) hotel is situated within 100 metres of Queen street the main commercial road running through the middle of Auckland's city centre. Restaurants, bars and the shopping is all within a 10 minute walk.

Rooms

The rooms are large and nicely appointed and, along with the bathrooms are of a high standard. Plaza Club rooms have various inclusions for example, complimentary continental breakfast, and pre-dinner drinks and canapes in the club lounge.

Restaurant

There are two restaurants one serving international cuisine and the other serving Japanese cuisine, there is also a bar located on the ground floor adjoining the Lobby.

This building is a tower featuring extensive use of glass.

The lobby is a large atrium style. Comfortable lounge area on the ground floor and the mezzanine level.

General

Included in the Plaza Club floor is complimentary garment pressing of two clothing items, pre-dinner canapes and drinks served in club lounge and complimentary continental breakfast also served in the club lounge. This is an excellent product and very international in its style. SE0808
