All rooms have been recently renovated with plasma screen television, air conditioning, direct-dial phone, central heating and ceiling fans, free Wi Fi and some have balconies and private patios. Each room has a different and unique mosaic bathroom, and all are just marvelous.

It displays the traditional facade of a building typical from the last century. The guesthouse is split in two buildings. The second annex is at Gran Via 667.

The lobby is small in size, and the main reception is at Gran Via 688.
